You get 500billion transferred directly to your bank account, but every night at 11:59, for the rest of your life, thousands of tiny spiders force their way through your eardrums from inside your head, and begin spinning webs all over you and every surface of the room you're in, including cocooning anyone else in the room. This continues until the cockerel's first crow at daylight, upon which the spiders return to your ears and repair your eardrums, ready for the next night.

You can have yourself sedated, but you always wake up no matter what with the cockerel's crow. You can kill the spiders, but any you kill are replaced by more pouring from your ears, up to a maximum of 500billion. There is always a cockerel.

No I'd jump off a cliff after one night of that. Especially since I'm mostly nocturnal now, that shit would interfere with my life.

Yes you can break out.

How easily depends on how long you let them do it for. Thousands and thousands of spiders laying web for the whole night would probably immobilize you.

Yes, the eardrums part will will hurt, but the spiders won't bite you.

Nothing will actively stop you from sleeping, so if you're cool with the idea of the spiders, you might get a good night's sleep.
