What do you think I should do?

Today, as part of our training we did the picking work like everybody else, that in itself was not the problem, in fact, I was happy to hear I was doing better with each day, the problem is due to overheating and exhaustion I nearly fainted today, the average picker is expected to work in that environment and remain fast paced despite most limitations including disability limitations such as hearing and effectively living the life of a KTP. Ideally you try to stay hydrated but you only have so much time to do things like that in that rushed fact placed environment especially where your rate is your job, if you are not exceeding or meeting your quota that is grounds for termination there.

So far I've talked with family and the trainer about this and while they want me to keep the job they don't want me to damage myself, tomorrow I'm going to talk to my doctor or at least try to talk to the TC to get their opinion and go from there. I'm just wondering, what would CE do if they were in my shoes?

Well that and despite that, I'm really happy today, I hurt myself but I also still managed to make rate and I erased any and all doubts or regrets if I lost this job or had to walk away from this job thinking I shoulda have done more, it's a very at peace feeling. My day off is tomorrow too so I don't have to go to sleep now either.

KTP brings up Knowledge Transfer Partnerships on Google. Not sure what you're talking about but if you're not learning anything that you will find useful for the profession you're dedicating your life to, you're wasting your time. And given that this job will have an effect on your health, how badly do you need the money? How important is this job to you?

I'm going to say to keep the job, but actively start looking for a new one on your days off and for a bit every day.

If you really need the job you have no choice but this only sounds like busy work which will ultimately get you no where in life. You need a resume that says you changed things for the better or saved a company millions of dollars with your own genius.
Meeting quotas and blah blah is simply that.
