I do.

32 years old. No kids. I hit 6 figures a year and have 43k saved up. I have no college degree.

If anyone wonders, I work in the timeshare industry in Orlando, FL.

36, single with no kids, six figure salary, ~$40K in savings. I don't know if I'm just nihilistic or apathetic but I don't really have a positive outlook. Rather than saying I'm successful, I feel like I'm just kind of....here.

I actually need a kidney transplant, so I moved to Pittsburgh 7 months ago and I'm already up for one soon literally just waiting on the call. Until then, I don't really contemplate a future.

Not so much in conventional terms but I believe success is up to each person to define for themselves, and I'm happy with how I do in that regard (and with my life and mindset in general)

Not yet, no.

I am 30, no kids, associates degree, i make around 15k a year, live with my parents and have a net worth of around $15k. I am on my way to succeed though. My income keeps rising and i keep improving. I think i might be better off staying at around $20k/year income next year though, it all depends on how my brand takes off.

I'm just curious, what do you do that pays you 15k a year?

On topic, I think I am. I'm not a burden on anyone and have enough to take care of problems that always come out of nowhere.

Some advice from a senior IT professional, get an entry level job and leave it two years later no matter what. Constantly apply to better paying jobs, don't stay in one place hoping for a raise. Job hop until you hit your desired number.

My brother finally left his shitty low paid job that was like 17 bucks an hour, he has AWS certification among a few others, he just started a contract making 34/hour and he's lined up the next contract gig paying $70/hr. He could have been making this kind of money already, but stayed in one spot for no reason, at a company that is circling the drain.

I dont think success should be measured by how much you make, rather how truly happy you are and if you've achieved all the things you've wanted to achieve. My goal when I graduated HS was to eventually have a family, a hot wife who has a good personality, good kids, and to have a job that can pay the bills, pay the kids college, and live comfortably so that we can generally buy most things we want. I have all that, so yes, its a success.

34, work in progress.

Being trans is rough. Having an anxiety disorder piggybacking on that trauma made it worse. But Ive built an excellent support structure, Ive been doing great in school, and Ive accepted my truth and am working towards living it 24/7! Tomorrow is my time.

For sure.

30 y/o, happy marriage, happy baby
House that i love in a great town
Interesting job, pays 6 figures with room to grow
Plenty saved up

And since is the life i was aiming for, i think i am successful

Nothing wrong with folks who dont want kids or marriage or high paying jobs either, i just have pretty traditional life goals
