It's a good story but the X-nauts are just so uninteresting. The witches were much better at least and should have been a bigger part. The stuff with Bowser and Luigi were entertaining side things. I wish we got to play the Luigi's story.

And the final part of the story was a real let down to me.

Game is a lot of fun. I don't associate the main appeal of the game with the story necessarily, but it's still quite good at what it does. Chapter 3 is an absolute classic and most of the others are great also.

One of the most charming games with consistently well written dialogue I've played. The plot is a little simplistic but less formulaic than the typical Mario storyline which the original kinda got shackled with. It doesn't beat the highs of Paper Mario 1's endgame but it has more memorable moments overall and is the better package overall as well.

Koops is cute.

I was actually a little let down by the storylines with Bowser and the Peach/Robot scenario, they were really funny at first but I felt they kind of just kept doing the same thing as they went.
