Even consoles are fairly expensive. A desktop is basically just for work and not portable. A gaming laptop is a lot of extra money for something that just does college work and lets you play games while hunched over it using a keyboard, USB mouse and a small ass screen I'm obviously kinda picking on and even mocking zoomers, especially teens here.
