If your order is wrong all you can hope for is that you can get a refund, youre out of luck actually getting the correct food.

Luckily doordash refunds so I don't deal with this very often when I go through doordash, cuz I can just use their support and get credit or a refund or a redelivery.

I ordered Subway through their app once and was told that they didn't see my order come through and thus couldn't make my sandwich, even after I showed proof of payment. Waiting hours for the manager to show up changed their mind, and eventually I got my food. Felt somewhat like a Karen but I wasn't disrespectful toward the workers (I know they can't do anything about it without approval from the manager), and I don't think it's right that Subway somehow gets a free pass to steal people's money because their app sucks.
