A lot of them seem to suck really bad. Some of them try to scam you for a cancellation fee, some dont really know how to use the app, some dont know what theyre doing, and some take forever to come to you

Like seriously. where are all the good, quality drivers at in Uber? Cant they up their standards a bit in hiring?

Is your passenger rating shit or something? Not sure what you're smoking in their cars but I haven't gotten a driver lower than 4.8 for as long as I can remember, if ever.

not at all. My rating is around a 4.8

I dont even complain or cause any problems. I have just been noticing that the quality of the service has dropped off big lately

I had a couple of interesting ones not too long ago

  1. Tried to get a cancellation fee out of me by hiding somewhere where I couldnt spot him.
  2. One asked me how to use the app. I couldnt believe my damn ears. I was annoyed but I just let it go because he barely spoke English and I pitied him in some way.
  3. There were many times when I waited more than 15 mins for a driver and in some cases they made me late to where I needed to be.

Most of my experiences have been fine, but I was in a smaller town Thursday night and called one that left a bad taste in my month. The car was two blocks and didn't move for like five minutes. Took 15 minutes to get to me, and it was glaringly obvious he was trying to save on gas and bait me into the cancellation fee.

They would need to pay a living wage to increase the standard of drivers. Uber barely exists in my town anymore, from what Ive heard, especially at certain times of day or night.

^Was hoping some limo drivers, city bus drivers, or even other professional drivers out there would consider doing Uber. Even on a part time basis.
