its kind of like "if you use plastic straws, you hate the environment!", completely ignoring the fact that the ones producing the straws and all the other plastic crap are the root cause...

maybe the argument should be, dont eat at shitty resturants that refuse to pay their workers a fair wage so they dont have to rely on tips?

i agree that they're the root cause. but you should still reduce your usage of disposable plastic. a straw is an example of single-use plastic that you can easily refuse

they never go after the actual problem because they themselves want to exploit the stupid tipping culture so their unskilled ass is getting more than it would otherwise in a set min wage role.
