China bad, socialism bad, unions bad, war good, Israel good, Africa poor, CIA heroes, Europe struggling, rich people are hard workers I don't see the point of even watching it. Ant stories I did see insulted him as a crook and corrupt, when I know from living in Bolivia they hated him because he was a Native American socialist Did the Libya headlines ever talk about how Libya had less poverty than the Netherlands before the US backed rebels and caused a civil war? Were there any headlines at all about the 250,000 farmers striking for pro union and socialist policies in India just recently? Most sources won't outright lie, but they'll put it through an American-centric filter that either downplays the country's problems and the terror we've caused or grossly exaggerates how awesome we are. Even of you can think for yourself and call put a lot of the misleads yourself, you'll still find yourself vulnerable to your own emotion here and there. I dunno. Im not stressing over this stuff. Just take care of your family and make sure they're good or something. If you're not gonna be a politician or out there protesting or something, hardly anything on the news reaches you in a significant way. What's our reward? Being right on a message board. That prize is lacking. I'm not saying ignore all news or anything. It's natural to take a general interest in what's going on. Just accept you can never know you're 100% right with your perception on big issues.
