Everything else is their own separate lane or market and the biggest decision about Nintendo and some other thing is if you'll own them both. That is it. The sales of their hardware prove it. The only thing that could force them to reduce their (already low) prices would be if the product sucked and didn't sell well. Customers have no problem buying their stuff worldwide at the price they ask, so why should the question even be asked? All versions of the Switch could be priced another $100 more and still sell well.
