People know this tho. It's more so the hypocrisy of pointing fingers that hits people the wrong way. When you know the finger pointer is no better than who he's point a finger at. He could of easily just brought this up without complaining about zoomers and making it super hypocritical immediately. Dave Chappelle is a more worthwhile conversation than generalizing and bitching about a whole generation. At least the Dave Chappelle conversation is more tuned into a specific issue.

Its not even foreign policy though, problems like America having the highest incarceration rate in the world or 40 million people under the official poverty line and probably tens of millions more unofficially in poverty - you would think there would be more energy directed at hating the people who made decisions that lex to these outcomes than a foul mouthed comedian.

To the extent Chappelle topics are getting more discussion, it's because there are people taking his side. Nobody who can't be laughed off as a troll is interested in making pro-Kissinger arguments, or impassioned defenses of America's incarceration rate. Occasionally someone will show up to be like "actually economics 101 shows how it's good when the poor suffer" and you'll get a 100 post topic where 50 of the posts are actually visible.
