Single player, multiplayer and story were all great.

It was fun to play through in co op. The different kits between the players led to some interesting situations / strategies and the competition aspect determining the ending was neat.

multi had some interesting ideas and the campaign had a few good moments, but was kinda mediocre outside of that and they fucked up the story pretty badly. i also recall it being disgustingly short. OK game in general.

I player Fear 1 afterwards and thought it was extremely dated and much worse than Fear 3.
