I mean, you're not going to get a definitive answer because Bethesda games (Skyrim in particular) are about as scientifically reliable as holistic medicine when it comes to new patches. Everybody's going to have a different experience, particularly when mods are in the mix.
The did release a patch to the update early last week that supposedly fixed the more serious new bugs, like the infinite blackscreen.
