Sweden's about as irreligious as you're gonna get. A 100% atheist world ain't happening.
The only real improvement I can think of for the country's political system is to replace the monarch with a president. But the new head of state should have a purpose and not be an empty suit that sits on their ass all day while the PM does everything. Edit-If you mean atheocracy then eww. Freedom of religion is a non-negotiable human right. If you're talking about ending the state's purely de jure affiliation with Lutheranism that's something else entirely. --- Beware the fanatic!
