Assuming you don't live together or w.e.

In my current relationship it usually averages out to 3-4 days a week where we'll do something/she'll stay over

I tend to feel guilty or w.e. if I gotta turn her down because a part of me is like "you don't see her enough/she'll lose interest" but Iunno that's probably just my garbage prior unhealthy relationship experiences bubbling up.
