Underleveled 12/04/21 11:44:38 PM #1:	Without using glitches, events, accessories, peripheral games, etc.? I know at a certain point they said fuck it and started putting some of them in main series games. For example, Celebi can be legitimately caught in the 3DS virtual console version of Crystal without using anything but the game itself. And I believe the same is true for Deoxys in OR/AS or something like that?
