Just did the Quadrangle. My boy Todd died so I think I'm fucking up with these sheep lmao.

This game has some pretty good voice acting for its age and country. Actually just good voice acting in general. And imo the game is consistently funny with its story and dialogue. The situation is so ridiculous in a very good way. My biggest pet peeve has probably that Cat/Kat don't have enough screen time so far, and it's been the Rin show the whole time. I realize this happens with "new content girls" though.

Also the puzzle gameplay is surprisingly addictive. I normally hate puzzle games, but the undo feature and the items make this game very approachable. I love the little tips and techniques the game gives you throughout the game too.

I might actually go for multiple endings since I heard you get the skip the puzzle sections in subsequent play throughs. But then again, maybe I'll throw it on remix for a Rin file.

Yeah you only have a certain amount of time at the bar each night. You need to make sure to talk to those extra characters each time to advance their sub story or else they'll die.

If you get the gold trophy on a puzzle I believe, you can skip it the next playthrough provided it's the same difficulty.

Catherine is a 10/10 anime game. The puzzles are what make it because, yes, that could actually happen in an anime and likely would with the main character dreaming , they tend to encounter these bizarre worlds and strange trials to complete against oni & alien yokai. As a representative of anime video puzzle games on PS4, Catherine works. What else ? lol

The internet seems to say Full Body (the version I'm playing) let's you skip if you clear the story.

Japanese games on average have worse English voice acting than western games.

Older games on average have worse acting. Voice performances have improved all around over time for video games.

Neither of these are controversial.

6-3's Normal mode was harder than 6-3 on Hard mode, if it's the level I remember. There was one level where the level was crazy awkward on normal, but for some reason was 20 times easier on hard.

Stopped playing earlier to give my brain a break. 6 definitely is a bit of a difficulty spike imo, and has me sweating the other levels lol. I heard I should do the inazuma, so I looked that up for later

Did they fix the Axis Mundi issue? I know the Playstation version was broken as Hell and unbeatable if you didn't like, do it perfectly or something.

Got what I assume is a very vanilla ending of Vincent marrying Katherine.

The game was very nice. I might look up the other endings on YouTube some time. But this game was a blast to play. The stage 9 challenges were quite fun.

I think I would find the normal difficulty unbearable without the undo feature though lol
