MAR10_KarT 12/07/21 12:20:56 PM #1:	My father-in-law was a former truck driver and his career got ruined because he violated all the unwritten rules. He was supposed to spot people for food or lunch at times, expected to share a portion of his tips, and overall was expected to be friends with the guys in the job outside of work he did none of that and they did their best to ruin his career and not give him routes or much of any work Is this normal? Sounds like he just wanted to do his job and bounce when it's time to clock out when the group wanted a family member to the Truck driving crew.
