You can flavor it differently with spices etc I once made a thai bloody mary, infused simple sugar (from palm sugar) with thai herbs, lemon grass, galangal, kaffir lime leaves, fish sauce, topped with cilantro, deep fried shallots, garnished with seared red and green chili Delish af --- ... Spicy V8 is actually solid for it, but I meant the pickle. Traditionally it's a stick of celery, a pickle seems weird on its own.
