I rerolled like 50+ times on the JP version and didn't get what I wanted which was Aru + Hina/Shiroko/Haruna/Shun :<

I wish devs would just do what SINoALICE did and have an infinite reroll right from the start. Companies that discourage rerolling are just assholes >:(

I tend to not like a lot of the party members in JRPGs, so it sucks that I have to raise some of them :<

Thats why its one of my biggest peeves when games force you to use certain characters, especially when they dont give them at a set level. Because then youre fighting a level 50 boss with some loser you left at level 1 <_<

Iori is OP, but letting out Hina's EX skill is really therapeutic.

On a side note, my yellow team still lacks punch to clear area 11-3+ with 3-stars.
That railgun tanks chipping at my girls and shielded bot elite mook are rather irritating.

I might have to make use of Hare's stun. Got her (and Momoi) because I can't contain my impulse to pull.

Iori is the #1 striker, so yeah, you had good luck. As far as I heard Hina is great for her crazy fan-area damage, but her cost is too high, so that may limit her use a bit.

shielded bot elite mook are rather irritating

Got Tsubaki from that event earlier?
After taking a bit of damage (don't waste your EX yet) the yellow elite shielders will start blocking, so when you see the animation happen, immediately use Tsubaki's skill. Boom, shielding canceled and on cooldown. Works on all bosses except maybe gigantic raids.
This applies to all taunt skills, so Hifumi (and afaik Bunny Neru?) can do this too.

Later in 13-X this becomes really frustrating when you have to beat like 5 or 6 of them in the same group.

Momoi

Saiba Twins are really amazing.
Midori is a mini-Iori who periodically heals a party member and deals great 1vs1 damage coz she splits her EX damage to 5 enemies or all on one enemy.
Momoi is a mini-Nonomi, less damage and thinner cone, but deals it extremely fast.
Both are 3 cost and power up when used together, letting you rotate EX-skills very quickly.

Saiba Twins are really amazing.

There is only one Tsubaki and she is also needed on blue shield enemies as that one practically made my blue team (of which it was Asuna and Chise + tagalong) miserable.

Either way I need to get used to Hare's timing so I can use her for either blue or yellow shield enemies.

And I only have Momoi. Sad. I like the twins' victory poses very much.

Hold on, I just noticed a stat for the first time in Azur Lane...Crash damage lol. Do planes do damage if they're shot down?

Also I'm wondering if I should hope for Perseus to come back to use her instead of Enterprise. Of course the main reason I wanted to use Enterprise was so I could have another Eagle Union ship to give New Jersey her passive buffs from her skill, but I've always liked the thought of just being able to bomb things from the get go.

FINALLY. After dozens of tries, I finally got a start Im mildly satisfied with in Blue Archive, which is Aru and Shun. Ideally I wouldve preferred Aru and Shiroko so its more balanced and I dont have 2 sniper rifles, but whatever, Im sick of rerolling.

Congratz. Hope you'll get Hibiki randomly from future banners, coz she's the whole definition of gamebreaking.
On the other hand you got Shun, who is the #1 PvP balance destroyer and Aru who is pretty good in both red missions, raids and PvP

I totally did not expect 11-5 has blue bot as the boss.

I ran out of time...need to shuffle girls around, mostly Iori to blue team but my yellow feels impotent without her.

you should check the encounters before starting the mission, there's an enemies button.
IIRC all final mission bosses from now on are blue

Well, by not expect, I mean when I saw the enemies screen.

This is nuts. The boss and the stage itself is manageable by any means but to ran out of time means my DPS is very much lacking.

lol I ran into an identical Christina/Ilya/Yukari/Miyako/Maho team in arena. My level was quite a bit higher though so they got 5 stocked :3

Miku Colorful Stage gets me to like every single group featured in the side story I think. I dunno if they'll manage for Vivid Bad Squad or More More Jump though because their main stories are... ok, let's not mince words lol they're boring, especially compared to the other 3. Otherwise Wonderlands are pretty fun little group. A happy go lucky rich girl, a stupidly showy essential punching bag with a heart of gold who is the brother of one of my favorite girls, a child mad genius who was depressed til he finally got a chance to flaunt his genius with crazy techs on stage, and his childhood friend, a snarky but overly shy musical star.

Admittedly they don't have much drama esp compared to the first 2 groups featured, but they're still fun to watch. I feel like More More Jump can't be enjoyed unless you love every idols ever, and Vivid Bad Squad if you closely connect with Hip Hop. I admit their performances are surprisingly not bad tho.

Nightcord 25 is still the best though. And I'm still mad about not having pulled any of their members in 4*. Pls Mafuyu pls

Good thing I did not use Junko's Eleph when I actually had enough to trade her.

Wish I did the same for Mutsuki from the prereg rewards but she kinda helped carrying me early (and my 1st Mutsuki from gacha was from twins' banner).

Congratz, the Saiba Twins are incredibly good. I was gonna use up ligma immediately to 3* Momoi, though I got her 4x in gacha, unlocking enough eleph naturally.

Junko is easy to grind in hard mode anyway, but congratz on getting her, this way you'll have an easy time unlocking her 3* upgrade instead.

I love what twins do in PvP. Both 3 cost, so they constantly swipe the enemy team, killing all yellow and blue armors easily. This also rotates skills quickly so that Hibiki can keep swiping the red armors dead. Meanwhile Tsubaki and Yuuka tank all damage and have enough survivability to remain last, in case the match times out against a Tsubaki, giving me victory if I have better stats than the enemy survivors.

Also, in Blue Archive, is Shun basically only used in PvP? Shes always doing the least damage out of Aru, Yuuka, and Akari. I mean Aru and Akari do AoE so thats somewhat understandable, but a 2 star tank? I always see Shun just taking cover, rarely shooting <_<

Here's a trustworthy-seeming "is my char good in raid?" guide I've seen listed in the BluArc Discord.
As you can see Shun's usable everywhere except Chesed (AoE-focused raid). But mostly good for speed clears coz she gives an early start, I suppose?

In PvP she gives your group an early skill cost advantage over the enemy and if she activates her skill, the whole backline is dead.

Will ignoring her skill during grunt waves be the ideal thing to do then? I prefer to use Arus skill as much as possible. Theres something so satisfying about killing a guy with the initial shot, then having their corpse blow up to kill people around them lol

In Blue Archive...I got Aris in 154 pulls. I spent $160. Not bad because I expected to pay around $240.

Azur Lane on the PS4 is on sale for $20. I didn't even know they had a console version lol

How nice. 12 pulls in Guardian Tales for new bunny girl. Only 3 star was Lapice <_<

And in 4 rerolls at 5 pulls a try, I got no 3 stars outside the guaranteed tutorial one. Plus the 8 pulls on my main account only got me 1 non-tutorial 3 star. So essentially 280 pulls for a single 3 star. Im beginning to remember why I stopped playing Blue Archive <_<

Also I cant seem to sign back into my main account. I linked it to Facebook, but Im not seeing an option to switch accounts or to sign in

Pyros from maintenance and attendance gave me 1200.

When I pulled Aris Shizuko also came and damn, that instant cover is so good.

3 full pull per weapon and character gacha for GT was all it took for the full bunny and her set. Pretty happy about that considered Kanna drained all my reserve back then lol.

I had to do 10 full pulls but it wasn't so bad. I guess I could have just used mileage but I'm saving it for the next event where someone gets a 50% bonus to event rift. I believe that's going to be the Rue return event.

At least I found out how to be able to sign into my main account. All I had to do was uninstall the game and redownload it and the 2100 MB update <_<

yeah, ignoring that she is a super cute loyal fox smol voiced by Koma-chan, being a rare powerful blue is why I really wanted Izuna.

Now with Chise, Izuna, Aris, I can save up shards for like 2-3 months and get Haruna from hard mode to complete the team. The double shard events seem monthly and we have daily 6 attempts at her

The only way I deal with that is to use Kotori's EX but I need other options. Utaha's Thundergun doesn't seem to attract them and I'm not sure if there is a visual cue so I can Tsubaki taunt them.

RNG bullshit lol.
Here are some ways:

1. Bear it and reset the fight when you get 2-3 on same char (= death).
2. Serina, Kotori, Shimako and Fuuka EX pull your characters (careful to make them move within attack range, i.e. towards ShiroKuro. If they're out of range, they'll just run back. If you have no choice, you need to time it so that they're out of attack's range and avoid it before moving back.)
3. Asuna, Izuna, Sumire (?), Iori (?), shotgunners (?) can dodge the bombs by moving with the EX
