OUCH MY ARMS IT HURTS TOO MUCH

I remember muscle soreness, but I got a delayed muscle soreness and it didn't hurt until 2 days after the initial weight training, and this soreness hurts way more than I remember

I forgot what to do, how do you stretch after bicep curls? And how to alleviate muscle soreness?

Just deal with it for a week or so until your body gets used to lifting again. After that you might still get it, but it won't be so bad. In the meantime ibuprofen to dull it a bit.

Yeah thanks for the advice. They don't just throb with pain, they literally ache now.

Definitely need to write this down and remember so I never take a long hiatus again
