I know Disney would have rather had Shuri take up the mantle as the new Black Panther, but her actor is anti-vax and needs to be recast as well. So, it'd be a lose/lose situation. The cast is going to look different. That's part of the movie business. You can't always have the same actors in the same roles each time. Life gets in the way and, sadly, so does death.
