Something like a discreet bracelet or necklace that is hard for someone to take off that is prone to wandering and need constant care (dementia or alzheimers patients. Kids with severe autism. Etc.) I always see stories on FB or get nixle and citizen alerts that someone went missing and they get found a few miles away.
