most of the time they slot times with an assumption of regular service but can find once there that theres more to it. Give them breathing room. Ive had them show in the evening before and can tell theyve had a long, stressful day. There are always variables when installing appliances. - Cabinets or counter space is too big/too small - Missing hardware - Damaged parts You should call, tbh. But seeing how everyone wants to get their stuff done JUST before Christmas they might be held up a tad.
