I got it yesterday afternoon, still feeling it pretty bad. Glad my job is giving me up to 2 days for it, I was likely gonna take 2 days anyway but it seems I'll actually need it.

I was pretty achy the day after getting mine. And then suddenly I wasn't. It was very quick how the symptoms disappeared.

Just get it on your day off so you have time to recover

Kinda fucked up that some people actually have to do that instead of their job giving them paid sick days

Yeah my job gives up to 2 paid days. I would have done it on my day off if I had to but why would I if they're paying

That's how you know it's actually working.
Boosters are essentially a "fire drill" for your immune system.

That's what I've always thought too though some articles I've read say that you can have little to no symptoms and it ends up being just as effective. Not sure I believe that though. I know younger people tend to have more symptoms because our immune systems are stronger

Minor fever, but I'm in my late 30s. Immune reactions to vaccines aren't as strong the older you are.

Just treating the fever with something like Tylenol makes a big difference as far as vaccine reactions. The fever alone accounts for most of the crud feelings.

I got mine Monday afternoon and still have a bit of swelling in my lymph nodes closest to the injection. It didn't happen at all with the first two.
