They'll drive past multiple gas stations and wait in long ass lines to save a couple dollars.

Can tell you're sheltered. That $30 saved can be the difference between whether you eat everyday or not

Even if it's just a dollars that crap can add up over the year. This isn't even counting the 4% in cashback they're getting using the costco credit card.

It's like 50 cents cheaper per gallon. That's a pretty decent amount of money over the course of a year. And here in CA gas is pushing $5/gal. Costco gets it back to a more reasonable level.

Costco's gas is also top tier

Far from sheltered. I actually grew up quite poor. I've since turned my own situation around.
And I'm not talking about the truly broke people. There's plenty of middle class people that will go out of their way to save a few dollars at Costco and I just don't get it.

Also 50 cents per a gallon is nothing. Even at like 20 gallons thats 10 dollars lmao. Sure if you're below the poverty line that might be worth it. Also truly poor people should driving fuel efficient card like Toyota or civics. The amount you spend on gas driving a Toyota or civic is pretty much negligible

Last time I got gas there I was next to a guy with a Ferrari. It brings in all types.

See like whybwaste your time.
If there's no line and it's close to you then by all means go ahead. I'm talking specifically about the people who go out of there way to get gas at Costco even willing to wait in the long line it often has to save 5-10 dollars.

Even the wealthy like saving money. It's a pretty simple concept and I don't understand how it confuses you.

People may be going there because they can rely on the quality.

Driving a Ferrari wastes significantly more money thsn the 10 dollars you'd save driving there. If anything that's likely someone who can't afford the Ferrari and making compromises in other parts of his life to drive it.

There are far better ways to save money then going out of your way to get Costco gas and if you value 5-10 dollars more than your time then that's on you I guess.

Because I would assume these people are doing those better things and saving money on gas.
