In OG Naruto, it was pretty much agreed after the big Naruto vs Sasuke fight, that you could stop or skip way ahead cuz of massive filler

Does Bleach have that? I kinda wanna rewatch, but I think I'm over 100+ episode series (except MHA)

Just get a filler guide, there are very few if any mixed canon episodes for Bleach.

Bleach does filler a little differently compared to Naruto or one piece. Naruto got caught up and then spent 200 episodes on random filler. One Piece just slowed each episode down until it was covering about a chapter per episode. Bleach dedicates entire arcs to filler plots that have a clear beginning, middle, and end. They're honestly not the worst thing in the world if you're just going to be watching the series, but if you really want to skip them you just have to look for specific arcs.

Here are the arcs to avoid: Full Bringer, Zanpakuto Spirits, and possibly the brief time they were in hell. You can also pretty much ignore the Bounts arc, and replacement captain arc. Although the Spirits one does become relevant to the manga in a very minor capacity. If I were you, this is how I would watch Bleach: Soul Society, then introduction to Vizards, The Espada arc, and Aizens invasion on to the Soul Society. I think I covered everything relevant.
