Jaskier(?) was trying to help Yennefer and a small group escape a city, and a night watchman stops him.

Jaskier starts singing, and the night watchman recognizes him as the famous bard.

he's about to let Jaskier go, since his niece is a fan, but then he says something like, " your latest song wasn't your strongest, and it took until the fourth verse before I realized there were different timelines"

Tied with Ciri for me, I really liked her this season. A lot of the cast they did a great job with, I didn't think i'd like Cavill, but he's done great. I still think Zach McGowan would have been a great fit too.

My piping hot take that basically no one agrees with:

The songs they write for the show that Jaskier sings are ass. Just absolute dogshit songs. They are butt rock songs that get played on a lute and you can tell they are butt rock songs because as soon as they air theres like fifteen different YouTube butt rock/metal covers of them up within three days.
