I dont like when they make superhero movies/shows on non powered up characters because they end up just looking like super soldiers anyways. Hawkeye is pretty banged up from long term stuff because he's a normal human. Messed up shoulder, hearing loss, ptsd. Minus the ptsd, most super powered humans aren't dealing with those kinds of injuries for long in the MCU.
