Got it in the Steam winter sale

and holy shit is it ever engaging wtf

the world is so interesting, the characters and writing are great, and for a visual novel it's very... eye catching. I love the art style.

Basically the synopsis is you're a supposedly famous/infamous man who is writing his memoirs on his death bed. You go through his entire life from birth to death going through the major moments of his life.

It's set in a fantasy world with a rigid caste system and some very interesting/unique rules regarding how magic/mysticism and death function.

If it sounds even remotely interesting to you buy it rn it's on cheap.

Sounds like it's probably the closest thing to the video game adaptation of Tristram Shandy that I know we've all been dreaming of. I'll check it out.
