There's many types of 'triggers', or specific sounds out there in the ASMR world that appeal to some people and not to others. But ASMR isn't for everybody. To me its the equivalent of the guy I used to work with whod eat his lunch at his desk every single fucking day. 30 minutes of crunching, lip smacking, slurping and ahh when he had a sip of fucking tea.
