-If you show signs but dont get tested your free to work as youd like.

-If you get tested stay out untill results.

So someone not showing sign but gets tested must wait to be cleared but those who seem sick but show up and dont get tested can just stay working....

I guess they're trying to encourage people to ignore signs and avoid testing to keep working.

Ah, I was assuming they would not be paid for the days they missed.

They can't force you to get tested. Work ignoring people being sick isn't a new thing. Ultimately they probably don't want anyone to miss work regardless, but if someone chooses to get tested they can't ignore a positive test. So they're probably encouraging people to not get tested so they can have plausible deniability.
