Hello CE, just wondering if there are any better deals in gaming ?

I'm a budget conscious gamer and I'll go where the best deal is at.

Not if you gotta buy an Xbox.

It was when it was available for 99 for three months.

But even if you cannot get it for that price anymore, there's a wide variety of games to choose from.

If you get 3 years of GamePass for $90 through the Turkey currency and VPN trick, absolutely; it's a fantastic deal.

Having loyalty to a company is peak stupidity.

What your friend really means is that they are trapped in those ecosystems due to past purchases. Much like companies like apple trap people with their products.

It's an ok deal, games need to rotate more often and Microsoft needs to add more 360 and original xbox titles.

It is cool earning points from completing daily,weekly and monthly tasks.

Really isn't worth the $15 a month though for Ultimate.

Cloud gaming + Xbox gamepass + PC GamePass + Xbox live gold isn't worth $15 a month ?

Cloud gaming is meh, plus i don't have a PC.

The way the games with gold have been for the past 5 months has been shit, hell PS+ has been getting better games lately.

The catalog for gamepass games needs rotated more often and remove "game preview" games since those aren't even finished games, Microsoft should try getting more studios to put their games on gamepass.

The last two reasons are why it's not worth $15 a month

I have Gamepass for PC and it's been worth every penny.

the games (except the microsoft ones) cycle out so you have to play them asap or you miss your chance. why not just buy them and play them or replay them whenever you want?

Cloud gaming and xbox live isnt worth anything, and i dont have an xbox, so its really only pc gamepass there with any value, and is pc gamepass worth $15 a month as opposed to just buying games and playing whenever you want?

I get the impression that the people who have a hard on for Gamepass only play a game once and never touch it again.

Game Pass is great. Ridiculous value if you play more then a handful of games a year. I also discovered tons of games I never would have played if I had to buy them, like Remnant: From the Ashes or Overcooked 2.

If you only want PC GamePass it's not 15$ a month, it's cheaper
