I don't have constipation since I poop 6-7 days per week, once per day but my poops aren't that the perfect kind which is soft and smooth but firm enough to slide through by butt crack easily and sometimes I don't feel like I emptied out everything. So what real food, not stuff like miralax, do you guys eat to take good dumps?

The food pyramid is accurate. What veggies do is allow your body to absorb nutrients. Avoid excessive white bread & milk unless there is a specific reason, or you have a specific need. Nuts are also not that great. I eat a little nut for variety. Drink lots of water and you can survive well on vegetable, grain (not nut!), and clean meat such as many fish & birds (turkeys, chickens, tuna, tillapia, etc) ~ and don't forget an assortment of fruit. They are nature's candy and actually help get rid of junk. Like that, you can splurge once or twice a week or whatever on whichever junk you want. Just allow your body to kick it out before doing it again. You shouldn't need to be super clinical with scales & calculators.

I love green beans, broccoli, and small bell peppers (yellow, orange, red)

I love yogurts tho and have a tendency to eat sausage for non-muscle animal bits.

Seasoning can do a lot more than add flavor too. Example: we all know what salt & sugar do

I avoid daily multivitamin and instead rotate stuff like chromium one day, fish oil the next day, etc

Swimming and handstands are among the most important exercises. The main issue is becoming, what? That's right. Sedentary.

I get eat bananas and Cheerios everyday, I also eat greek yogurt and keifr for probiotics. And I eat cole slaw and olives with dinner most nights, those are also high in fiber.
