Sgt. Rittmanic was pleading with them to just leave, you dont have to do this, please just go, please dont, please dont, Rowe said.

She was desperately pleading for her life, he said.

Sullivan then fired two shots from what prosecutors said they believe was Rittmanics gun, hitting Rittmanic in the neck area

we all had to sit and watch the right defend Derek Chauvin. We all had to sit and have our humanity debated. A lot of people can't grasp the lingering resentment towards law enforcement people of color have when we are seemingly blamed for every incident of police/judicial misconduct

Its hard to see the humanity in those who continuously decide not to see it in us as they take fathers, sons, daughters, etc. from our communities.

The same thing just happend in the Ahmaud Arbery case, every felony committed that leads to a first-degree murder is considered an act of first degree murder. I don't know the specifc counts for this case but the fact that he shot her she ran away then he shot her again to kill her means the first shot is probably considered felony assault and attempted murder, so that would be 2 charges of first-degree murder along with the shot that killed her.
