USPS, UPS, and Amazon rarely misses a scheduled delivery date; but FedEx?! I don't think I've had a single FedEx delivery be on time in the past couple of years.

What the hell happened? FedEx used to be the gold standard.

Yeah FedEx is trash for me, and easily the worst delivery service. Lasership is pretty awful too but luckily I rarely ever see anyone use them.

Shipping by FedEx is almost as effective as going outside and shouting your demands to the sky in hopes that the Old Gods take note and grant you your covetous desires.

I forgot about lasership. Do they still exist? Amazon used to use them but now they have their own delivery team.

Fed Ex is worse than USPS. My package shipped a week ago and just left their facility.

the last item was a ps5 shipped by fedex. they didn't bother to knock on the door and left the package outside.

not alot of faith in that company. wished they would've knocked so i could grab something. i was at home at the drop of the package.

UPS i know would knock no problem. they even concealed my pet medications so it wouldn't be thieved by porch pirates.
(dog takes apoquil for her allergies).

Fedex is better for air freight, UPS is better for ground freight

If anything, FedEx shipping is cheaper than UPS and the workers aren't in a union like UPS workers.

Where I live it's pretty 50/50. Sometimes I'll have the friendliest driver who makes sure I get my deliveries, sometimes they leave packages out in the rain.

A few weeks ago my mom was waiting for a delivery of some medication and the guy just left the package on my porch and left. Didn't knock or honk or anything. When I went to retrieve it, the package was open and the meds were nowhere to be seen. Pretty fucked up.

Fedex never delivered my package two days after the supposed delivery date and had Amazon issue me a full refund.

I've only had to deal with FedEx once. The day my package was supposed to be delivered, it never arrived. Checked the tracking site, it said "attempted delivery (no answer)" at something like 1pm. I was home then, no one attempted delivery.

The next day same thing and the day after same thing again. So now since there had been three "attempts" I had to go pick it up at the depot myself. The problem is, the tracking site didn't tell me where the depot was. All it said was the information for pickup would be on a card left at my address, which of course I didn't have since no one actually attempted delivery. So I had to call them to find out where my package was.

Turns out the depot is about 45 minutes out of the city in the middle of absolutely nowhere. Seriously you look it up on Google maps and there's a FedEx building on this broken rural road surrounded by nothing but field and trees. Anyway, I don't drive. So I had to call my dad and ask him to go out and pick it up after work and bring it to me because I had no way to get out there.

So yeah, FedEx sucks and I really hope I never have to deal with them again.
