Like the MFer can have a conversation with you on a basic level. Gobstoppers12 01/10/22 2:52:32 PM #6:	The only difference between a parrot and a dog is that the parrot has the specific mechanisms necessary to mimic a variety of sounds. The parrot doesn't understand the meaning of the word in so much as it might know the implication of making the noise that sounds like the word. It's functionally no different from a dog who can be taught to "speak," "roll over," "Fetch," etc, just that the dog's vocal range isn't broad enough to give verbal yes or no answers lol --- I write Naruto Fanfiction.
