My productivity has fallen off a cliff with covid. I don't really do anything anymore. It was bad at first, but now it is really bad.

Last week I called in sick monday and tuesday, then didn't work but didn't call in wednesday and thursday. Friday I worked on urgent issues but didn't really work that day either.

I ended up calling off Monday too, but I signed on today. But like, no one said anything. No one talked about me being sick, no one commented on my work.

No one has said anything negative about my work performance all pandemic, even though I know its bad.

And I don't want to be chastised but I mean jesus christ what the f***

Pre-pandemic I'll toot my own horn a little bit and say I was stellar, very positive performance reviews and an undeniably important member of the team. So I feel like I've probably been coasting off that reputation. But surely that runs out at some point.

Mentally I'm just not all there at this point, I think I'm just going to burn what rep I have and eventually get fired. I kind of want to quit and go out while I haven't lost it.

Idk, I'm rambling, anyone else feel like this?

Theyre probably struggling too and are hoping nobody notices them slipping up. I wouldnt stress it and do your best to not let it get too out of control. Sometimes taking some PTO just for personal reasons can help reset.
