Didn't know this was a thing. Highly doubt that's it, though, as the drainage is going out both my nose and down my throat, and it started from being in proximity of family without physical trauma.

When I had covid, it took about a month for that to stop.

They kept changing over time.

1st couple days: Sore throat
3rd day: Woke up with a terrible headache, congestion in my throat, fever, and night time fevers and chills

• I was awake for 48 hours straight because the night time fevers and chills were so bad

5th to ~8th days: Headaches, congestion in nose, throat, and lungs, fevers
~9th to 14th days: Loss of taste and smell, runny nose, congestion in nose, throat, and lungs
~15th to 21st days: Taste and smell came back, runny nose, congestion in nose, throat, and lungs
21st - 30 days: Congestion in nose and throat
