Large cities in the US have been scanning all license plates that pass these readers and keep logs of every vehicle that drivers on major roads 24/7. Ring the company frequently hands over video data without the door bell holders consent. That mixed with facial recognition software cops have access towe living in a police state. plenty of ring cameras on townhomes and doors directly facing public streets. hell Ive even lived in large apt complexes where my neighbors had ring doorbells in hallways. call me paranoid but damn I cant imagine how much creepier really technology will get in the next 5 years.
