The one where they killed her and then tried to blame two teenagers for committing a crime that caused them to kill the young kid? Well here's an update:

The officers charged are Brian James Devaney, 41, Sean Patrick Dolan, 25, and Devon E. Smith, 34. They were taken into custody on $500,000 bail. It is unclear if they have posted bail or remain in custody as of Tuesday afternoon. They were charged after a grand jury found cause to charge them each with voluntary manslaughter, involuntary manslaughter and 10 counts of reckless endangerment.

So I looked at that article. I knew of this case but I didn't realize the cops started shooting at a random car with no evidence it was filled with gunmen

Apparently there were shots fired by people earlier so cops were on edge. Then a car driven past them, and the cops just decide to open fire for no reason. This is such a fucked up case

It's the case where cops shot her while they were in a gunfight with teen criminals and the teens were charged with it. Title is "Teens charged with murder of 8 year old after police shot her".
