Supposedly the FDA de-regulated it. So now everybody will use cheaper and crappier ingredients. It's the frozen cherry pie fiasco all over again. I think Kraft changed their French already.

I promise you any cheap bottle of dressing is already using bad ingredients. Especially when it comes to the type of oil they use, almost always canola oil.

That's why I always just keep two or three bottles of homemade dressing around. Almost everthing that goes into a dressing is shelf stable and I can use a better oil like olive or avacado.

So theyll use more artificial colors & flavors to get the color and taste and hide the cheap ingredients.

Its like all the baking mixes not using blueberries but those artificial blue balls of something. I remember when muffin mixes would come with an actual can of blueberries to use.
