Bought a new TV a couple days ago since I was wanting a replacement and saw that Best Buy had a 4 day sale. I've always had good experiences with TCL TVs. Was very surprised to see TCL TVs now did Google OS as well as Roku. Did some quick research on which OS is better, and found the general consenus is Roku is more basic/streamlined, but Google is overall better with more features. Like you'd recommend Roku to your grandparents, but get Google for yourself. Well, turns out it's really buggy and slow at times. Occasional errors of apps not working. I then googled "Google TV buggy" and saw a ton of articles from December regarding TCL Google TVs being so bad that Best Buy had to pull them.
