DMV screwery, weather, bad work schedules, all of these stopped me from getting a chance to practice/take an exam in a more reasonable timeframe.

I was gonna do it today, but the one whos car I was gonna use accidentally took their keys with them to work, which they cant leave. I even took work off for this, this really bites. Especially because there was no sure thing Id pass, so even feeling how the course would go wouldve been nice.
