According to Veteran Affair Statistics, 78% of the United States Military who leave end up getting FAT or OBESE and it isn't just those who got severely injured!! The percentage of these veterans who are overweight are 7x more likely to get fat than those who are not as those who do end up staying fit and maintained healthy eating habits were in the minority... The biggest reasons for why that is? lack of discipline for starters. Military personnel are trained to the core every day at dawn and are given strict diets to keep the muscular physique. When they are finally free from the government chains, they can go eat those tasty meals they were denied while in the army...and America is big on fast food. Others says they have no time because they have to work right when they are out and don't have time for fitness centres and lose sleep which attribute to the weight gain. Transitioning can be hard for ex-military once they are back in the real world and that is why like the majority of the military are super fit, the majority of them are also super fat once they get out too Do you believe this to be true? https://i.imgur.com/k1AnSyo.jpg https://i.imgur.com/tD68ALq.jpg https://i.imgur.com/GX9tBwY.jpg https://i.imgur.com/Os8ktgb.jpg https://i.imgur.com/ArTG0aF.jpg https://i.imgur.com/BV7puMx.png --- The Users have Spoken.
