As I recall it in the comics, the nova Corp were more like the green lanterns, making all their members mini supes. Why change that? Would've been cheaper, easy to explain, and wouldn't really have changed anything other than adding some cool visuals.

Carol is basically the only one with the power suite and it's considered special.

They aren't Carol level powerful though, more on the level of Iron Man's drones, but people in snazzy yellow and blue outfits.

The specific power set, not the strength thereof.

In the MCU you basically need Infinity Stone power to pull off the "flying brick" power set.

Plus you'd need to find a way to give them the powers in the first place without the Nova Corps megamind computer thingy that bestows power.

Fair enough. I still would've liked it, maybe if Nova ever gets added, we can see some of it in flashbacks.
