So I just got a 4 lbs bag of vital wheat gluten to make seitan, but I'm not exactly the most gifted of cooks. Not for lack of trying, but kinda lack of skill so I'm not really sure what to make first. There are a lot of different recipes out there. I'm just not sure which to give a shot. Does anyone have any suggestions for what to try? I'm a vegetarian, not a vegan so dairy and eggs are both options, but nothing meat. --- *Gheb is my other account* ... Copied to Clipboard!
