Rumours are swirling that the new Doctor Who will be unveiled this summer even though producers said they wanted another FEMALE..but the one strong male leading contender is 28 y/o British-Egyptian star, Fady Elsayed who is also MUSLIM!!

After Jodie Whittaker quit the role last year, producers began eyeing the new doctor and he caught the attention of producers when he starred in The Class spin off as a high student, Ram Singh..

A source says "Fady would be a very different doctor..but that's precisely what the creators want. He would also be one of the most attractive"

He told the media "Growing up, that was all that was on TV. I was always very aware of Doctor Who. Now i'm a huge, huge fan"

He previously played a vampire in Penny Dreadful and also impressed Hollywood bosses at Warner Brothers when he was cast in the upcoming DC film Black Adam but had to give up the role after covid restrictions prevented him from going to Atlanta, Georgia

But this could be his big break after losing out that role and if they decide to go back to a male, he would be the one leading the pack

Jodie Whittaker will say goodbye as the doctor this autumn when her final episodes will air

This reminds me of the James Bond thing, except James Bond is arguably a character who's meant to be a specific person throughout the stories and Doctor Who is canonically a title that has been passed down to multiple characters in that setting.

The Doctor is a title that stays with one character, but they can change their face. Including gender and race.

Oh. Shows how little I know about that series!

Having watched Class, this guy wasn't too bad, but I feel like he shouldn't be the Doctor.
