Yeah I started noticing that in my city some time ago. There is about 1 family per block. Compare that across some water in another city. That has nothing but medium to high wage workers.

You'll see a family just about every house. My co-workers have named that city MILF town. Now I won't say anymore. Something disturbs me about all this observation. But there's no point in bringing it up. I'm aware of the individuality state most people are content with.

I dont know many people under 50 that can buy a $900k house without trouble.

Yes, lots of empty nesters over here. Lots of old people. Ambulances taking them away when they die on my street quite a bit
