Depends on what you define as breakfast, like what if you wake up for lunchtime?

I chose every morning, but its really like 5-6 mornings a week. But that wasnt a choice. Weird, considering the poll option has a maximum of 10 options, and you could have used 8 (the ideal number of options ranging from 0 to 7 days). Yet you only used 6, leaving out 5 and 6 as options. But your gimmick is making bad polls at this point. So, not really surprising

Doesn't matter what time you eat or what you eat for that meal. Technically, the first thing you eat in a day is "breakfast" because that's when you've broken the fast. Grapefruit and cereal at 6:30am? That's breakfast. You didn't eat all day and have steak and potatoes at 10pm? Still breakfast.

I'll eat the noodles then use the broth to make rice, especially if it's the Asian original noodles and not the Mr Noodles knockoff, those flavour packs are too weak to make a decent broth.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and I believe it should be your biggest. That way you have a chance to burn off all those calories during the day. Dinner should be your smallest meal so that your body isn't packing away those unused calories as fat while you're sleeping.

Not everyone works 12 hours a day. And some people will eat at work. I, for one, eat breakfast at work, for example. But one of my co-workers skips breakfast, but gets lunch while at work

Also, not everybody wakes up early. For example, I eat lunch at noon. But I wake up at like 7 at the earliest. So, if I skip breakfast, Ill eat after being up for about 5 hours

Growing up, it was a big bowl of oatmeal almost every day.

In my twenties it was a rotation of grilled cheese, sausages, omelettes, and sometimes oatmeal (especially if it's cold) though on weekends I would skip breakfast until after my morning ride which could be several hours or more.

These days, its likely to be a can of ensure to tide me through until my meal for the day. Oatmeal would be nice but milk's too expensive, and making oatmeal with water is just disgusting.

Ride where?

Usually up the Deer Valley trail but it depended on where I was living in Calgary at the time. When I was in the SW, it would be up to the Glenbow reservoir and maybe into city center but when I lived in the SE and the NW I had easy access to the Deer Valley and Bow River trails.

It is? I always have my oatmeal like that. I never use milk because it is hard to control the boiling and I don't feel like cleaning my stove first thing in the morning.

bleh

I cook it in the microwave and watch it, depending on the bowl used and how much is in it, it may overflow if left unattended, but I just pause the cooking if it looks like it is getting ready to spill over.

We had a stove but it was for burning wood to heat the house and wasn't something we wanted to try cooking on.

No breakfast for me. If I have breakfast at 6-7 AM... I'll be starving in about 2-3 hours. When I skip breakfast, I don't have to eat lunch until 12-1 pm.

I usually just have coffee and that's enough to hold me over.

Pretty sure the actual science suggests you're best off eating a medium breakfast, large lunch, smaller dinner.

Your body doesn't digest as efficiently when you first wake up as it does when you're fully awake in the middle of your day. Your metabolism isn't fully powered up, so you're not processing those early calories as efficiently, whereas your intake in the middle of the day is much more effectively processed.
